Can't write new notes

I am an Evernote user since 2008. The last version of Evernote for windows is very disappointing. Every time I try to write a new note (I use the spanish version) it opens a note without title and it's impossible to write in it. I've tried signing out and in again ande I can write a new note the first time I use evernote, not the second. I also tried uninstalling the program and reintsalling it and it was the same, the first time was ok, the second no.

I'm thinking in migrating to google notes because it's o no use evernote in this condition-

You don’t tell anything about the version of EN you use. Current release is 10.6.9. I you are not running it yet, update, probably best way is by direct download from the EN web site.

Maybe try a support ticket. They have a Spanish group, and can look deeper into the system than we users can.
