Side notepad cannot be expanded, notepad stacking display problem

I have some problem after update the new version in windows 10 (it working normally on Web version) show like the picture Side notepad cannot be expanded, notepad stacking display problem I search troubleshooting, but it looks like nobody have the problem
How could I fix this problem? I have delete the program and reinstall 3 times , but it doesn't work.
