Formatting Tables in Evernote for printing to a printer

Does anyone know, generally, how many Evernote users regularly print from the software? I've long had issues printing, not very helpful tech support, and have now have colleagues with Android printing issues.

Today I'm trying to format and print a table which is the only content in a note. Prints out in an ugly fashion.

I can't find any online help about controlling what the printed object would look like, or how to change it.

Ideas? TIA.

At the moment it is Evernote legacy, or wait for a future release that improves printing.

Legacy is by no means outdated software. It is the last pre v10 version, and it is there because many users have Workflows that the new version does not yet support.

At the moment it is part of the EN family of clients. There is nothing wrong to use it if you are missing something from v10.

Printing is still a weak spot when talking about EN v10-clients. Nearly no control, often bad print Lay-out etc.

If you are on a desktop, I would install the legacy client, which is giving more printing control.

On the mobile clients there are few options - if I have to print anything more complex than a plain text note, I copy the content to another program, do the layout there, and print from that program.

Are you listening Evernote ? I share notes in PDF format. The formating is absolutely dreadful printing whilst printing to PDF.

Copying to another program - just encourages me and other potential users to migrate to that other programme.

Could we have a comment from Evernote please?

I agree totally.

Also saying to use an old client version to get around a bug in a product which is designed to provide printed copies is ludicrous.

I have to ask myself why am I paying a yearly subscription for this product when it doesn't do the simple stuff??

Anyone have recommendations for a product which DOES produce pdf reliably? I'm pretty fed up. ☹️
