Can not see shared Notes

I am trying for a days to get notes to show up in the "Shared with Me" section - without any luck. Different users tried sharing notes with me. I get the email and put it takes me to the Desktop Evernote app with the note not being there. I can share notes with them without any problem. I re-installed the app and made no difference. Same behaviour on the web interface or iOS app. Can anyone help as I am out of options. Thanks in advance.

Hi.  We're a mainly user-supported forum, so no access to any information to do with accounts or sharing. Sounds like it would be worthwhile one of you becoming a subscriber,  even if only for a month or two,  to get access to Support...

Usually the share first goes to the Workchat section, and needs to be accepted there by the receiving user.

Thanks for your response. I am struggling to find the Work Chat section. Its says it should be in the Navigation section but I don't have any option for that at all. Not quite sure what I am doing wrong - shouldn't be that hard 😃

Personally I don’t run v10 on Windows.

On iOS it is way down the left panel, below tags, right above the trash.

Have not found a hint it would be restricted to paid accounts.

@Klaus Schnurr It seems you have to enable it in your account settings. But it might take a while to sync to the desktop app if that's what you're using. For me, I did not see the work chat tab right away. I had to sign out/sign in and restart the app a couple times until it finally showed.
