Code pages for Export seem incorrect

Folks

I have a note with a Greek psi in the title: Ψ Proposal for an experimental test of the many-worlds 9510007.pdf

When I export it, the psi character has changed. A dump of the enex file shows the x'CEA8' sequence but it displays as I'.  

 I also have apostrophes displaying as &apos uality by utilizing the body's nerve structure

 

Commas are UNDEF. Quotes are &quot. There may be others.

The Evernote legacy client had long-standing issues with special characters in the note title. It looks like those issues still haven't been fixed in the new v. 10 of Evernote. Sadly, I have no confidence that this will be fixed, not to mention, when.
