Can't open PDF correctly when I try to mrak up PDF

I'm using Evernote premium.

I want to mark up PDF, but  the text on the PDF is not displayed correctly.

When I don't try to write to the PDF, all the pages of the PDF will be displayed properly.

However, as I attached a screenshot, only "()" are displayed when I try to mark up while there should be some text and formulas.

 Other softwares displayed formulas and text correctly.

Is this a bug, or is there some way to display it?
