Help jpg images not viewable on new Android Samsung Note 20 ultra

I've been writing notes for years on my work phone (iOS).

I JUST NOTICE - ALL PREVIOUS notes created on iOS with jpg images or pdfs (will populate on screen as there) but will not open these images on my new Droid phone.

Running 10.4.

Any ideas?

I'm seeing long time references to similar issues on evernote.

Ok I deleted app off my new phone and reloaded 10.4.

It works!!

I have the same issue. I uninstalled and then reinstalled and it worked for a day. Today the images are not showing up again.

Same problem on my Samsung S21 Ultra.
The image (sometimes) shows in the list but not when I open a note.

It's now November 2021 and the problem is not solved. I bought a new Samsung Galaxy Note 20 Ultra and had to use the new app. 

Now I can't see my jpeg pictures, it just shows a triangle beside the filename in the note, and it won't open.

I fixed by going to

Settings

developer options

Graphics driver

Evernote

Systems graphics driver instead of default

If you don't have developer options in your settings then please look it up on the internet on how to get it.
