Bring back One-Click Tag-Filter

Hello,

Please bring back that feature that was taken away in v10 (see screenshot attached):

 

It was replaced with a filter function that does not satisfy my need, because:

1. Too many clicks required

2. It does not offer me a list of tags that exist within the selected notebook. 

Summarized: I want to pick from a list of existing Tags. I do not want to remember on the tags I've used in the specific notebook.
