[Version 10.6.9] Won't sync changes - green circle spins forever

Just upgraded to 10.6.9 on Windows 10.  Some of the notes show the spinning green circle and never render.  You eventually get the error message "Note failed to update.  There's been an error syncing your note. Please reload to resume editing."

Other notes render, but when you edit them, click another note and return, you get the endless spinning green circle and the same error message.  Seems like syncing edits is not working correctly.

Everything was working great prior to the upgrade.

You could try the Legacy app to get back into your notes... https://help.evernote.com/hc/en-us/articles/360052560314-Install-an-older-version-of-Evernote

@heidinyx From the day of the initial post (not followed by any other) EN released 17 more versions full of updates and bug fixes.
