Evernote一整天都無法正常顯示內容

一直都是在Window 10的Chrome上用evernote

前天明明還好好的 (我每天都會用)

昨天中午左右開始就一直跑不出頁面 

refresh了不行 重開機也不行 本來以為只是一時間的bug很快就會好

結果等了一整天 還是這樣

Refresh了很多次 有好幾次頁面快要跑出來的時候 (只有左欄的目錄跑出來了) 它又立即跳到上面這個畫面

總之就是一直都無法把畫面刷出來很煩

請求盡快修好 謝謝

I used to login evernote everyday on chrome but it suddenly didnt work 3 days ago

no matter how many times i refresh it, even restarted my laptop, the page keeps showing: "sorry, some problems occur, please try to refresh this page"

tried to login again-----not work

my chrome is the latest updated version

hmm, is it just on chrome or on all other web based, you could think about using the pc version, i will tag a staff so they can have a look @Shane D..

for now try anopther browser or pc app.

just tried to login on firefox (another browser), still doesnt work

the website runs out the same page: "sorry, some problems occur, please try to refresh this page"

4 days passed already

Please help

Thank you for the reply

But i need to use it in my office, i cannot install extra softwares on my desktop because that desktop belongs to my company (my company doesnt allow extra installation)

Plus, its impossible to install every single time when i need to use evernote to input data/check things out on other desktops 

It used to work fine on chrome, why does this happen?

It has been a week already, is there no way to fix?

Please help

This could be rooted in your companies network as well, depends on their security and firewall policies.

In general if a company does not allow other software than what is officially permitted, I would play by the rules. You must be aware that everything that passes through a company network can be supervised by their admins. If you want to access EN while on the job, use a mobile device instead that is not dialed into the company WiFi.

English : hmm, if this is a web problem then clearing cache and browser history works pretty well @User F, this happened to me where it didn't let me log in in a public computer but i cleared data, cache and cookies and it worked perfectly until it happened again and i did it again and it worked again.

unfortunately as good advice as that is it is not helpful to this problem and you never know the situation he/she is in.
