Problem: Home animation does not work properly Result: shakes screen for ever and notes Jiggle

The home animation when you scroll up and the picture expands and collapses again does not work well. The animation starts then the picture does not collapse fully an the screen stills jiggles about even when I am not scrolling. It also make the note individually jiggle about on their own. Looks creepy rather than a nice animation.

Hmm, it doesn't seem to happen today, it happened non stop yesterday, if it happens again i will  be sure to record the screen but all it is, is that the jiggly animation when you scroll all the way to the top and the picture expands and collapses causing the screen to do a jiggle animation  for a second lasts more than a second sometimes hours, @Shane D.
