ehrt74 241 Posted January 18, 2021 Posted January 18, 2021 Hi! At the moment evernote on Android opens links in a webview. It would be nice if this were configurable so it could open links in the system default browser. 5

1 Gravescp 7 Posted January 19, 2021 Posted January 19, 2021 This workaround works for 'links', however, no option to open link with the browser with 'press and hold' for linked google drive files...Something I hope they add soon.
0 matej1990 199 Posted January 19, 2021 Posted January 19, 2021 I agree. Current workaround is to go in note edit mode, touch and hold on the link and then choose to open in the default internet browser.
0 Astayax 0 Posted January 23, 2021 Posted January 23, 2021 I fully agree. The current opening of links is highly problematic, for many links I just get an empty screen.
0 matej1990 199 Posted February 12, 2021 Posted February 12, 2021 Still the same issue in v10.5 (1110172). 1
0 Cyberdom 7 Posted March 2, 2021 Posted March 2, 2021 Indeed, it would be nice if Evernote gave the possibility to choose his browser to open the links without going through the workaround.
