How to completely remove Evernote 10.6.9 local files?

I have out of sync database, cannot see Trash bin content, and some tags cannot be removed.

The symptom is not happing across different windows computer, only on single computer.

But sign-out/sign-in does not fix the problem.

 

And even I remove C:\Users\[user]\AppData\Roaming\evernote, those unwanted residues still coming back after sign-in.

Is there any tool/instruction that I can completely remove 10.6.9 from Windows Store and from Sandalone download?

Hi.  I'd suggest you File > Exit the app,  and uninstall / restart / reinstall from EVernote.com - exiting the app should erase the temporary database.  You might want to check sign into the web version while you're at the home page and check your notes from there to make sure the server copy is valid.

Turns out that it could be account problem.

On previous correctly synchronized computers, if I sign out with data deletion and sign-in, they will have problem too.

If you have a red "!" on the sync icon indicating a problem,  try Ctrl-clicking the icon - you may get more information about your issues...
