Tag search problem

Hello,

Anyone face the problem like for for version: 

While i search my tags with Vietnamese word. It does not work anymore. Also, it is very difficult now to add old tags have Vietnamese word into note.

Tags with Vietnamese word like: "Chứng từ AWB"

Old version should understand "từ". Last version does not.
