There is no "option" menu

I want to change default settings and I would go tool > option menu.

However there is no such menu in my laptop pc (win10) (there is this menu in other pc (win10) ).

I reinstall evernote, and reboot pc but, it was not solved.

Any advice?

What are you trying to change? You should visit: Account Summary (evernote.com)

This has most of the settings that you may need @yon1111. If its something else be sure to tell.

Evernote >Tool > option is used in the Legacy product   
The Version 10 product uses Evernote > Preferences
