Getting random "Sorry, we're having some trouble. Try reloading the page" when clicking on notebooks

Hi I am currently on version 10.5.7 build 2171 for windows and am getting this random error as described in the title.  I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling and still did not help.  Is there a fix coming for this? Can I download the previous version somewhere because this error is driving me nuts!  I am currently running windows 10.

i uninstalled evernot and downloaded the latest version i.e 10.6.x and it was gone then. however i am noticing that ctrl+B is not working for me now
