Notes I made on Android version will not show up in Windows version

Notes that I created in the Android version of Evernote no longer will show up in Evernote Legacy on Windows even though I can see them on Evernote web and don't get any syncing errors.

I tried uninstalling and reinstalling Evernote Legacy and the problem persists. However if I install the new Evernote the missing notes suddenly show up. But if I go back to Legacy they're gone again.

I cannot use the new Evernote because they removed most of the features essential to my workflow.

Is Legacy broken now? If so I'm going to cancel my premium membership. The new Evernote is unusable for me.
