Windows Desktop App 10.5.7 Unable To Log In

Myself and a few other users at my company are unable to log into our Evernote desktop applications.  After entering our email address in the email field, we get stuck at a rotating set of dots forever and are never prompted for our password.  We are able to log into the web version fine.  Has anyone run into this or have a workaround or fix?  We have completely uninstalled and reinstalled the latest version already which has not worked.
