Scannable deleted all my scans after quitting and reopening the app

If they are not in the app, you can check whether there is a notebook in EN (although I doubt it). If not, they are probably lost.

In general the Scanable app is NOT for holding scans. The app is set to keep scans in "recent" for only 30 days, so if they were older, they were regularly deleted. There has been scans lost as well after an app update. Send content to EN immediately, or save it to the camera roll.
