Notebook Public share option disappeared in V10

In previous version (pre v10) you could easy share a whole notebook by creating a Public URL. This option doesn't seem te be there anymore.

Is that correct or am I missing something.

 

PS. I am missing a lot of functionality that was there in pre V10 and is now gone. The upgrade to v10 is in fact a downgrade to a version of many many years ago... basic features gone... I am so disappointed....
