Not receiving emails to reset password

Hello, I've been trying to recover my account from a really long time ago, and because I haven't logged in so long, the account tells me that I must reset my password. However, when I hit the forgotten password, I never receive the email from Evernote telling me to reset the password. Any help?

Any help on this? I'm having the same problem. Is there no assistance from Evernote at all?

Try issue a support ticket. Plus users are entitled to access support on all issues, basic users need to select „account“ from the drop down menu.
