Quick Note bug

Since upgrading to MacOS Big Sur Evernote has been doing really weird things with QUICK NOTE

Upon bringing up Quick Note(CTRL + N) the shortcut function of "CMD + ENTER" to convert to a note no longer works
Upon hitting CTRL + N twice, it brings up the main Evernote application
Preferences are no longer on the app - so we cannot configure the Menu Dock Icon settings and it's funcitonality
Evernote app needs to be open in order to use the Menu Dock Icon for QUICK NOTES
