How to easily find enclosing (or parent) folders for searched notes?

Recommended Posts

When I do a global search for a note or notes using a search term, there seems to be no easy way to navigate to the parent folder that contains the particular note.

In Apple OSX, doing this is very easy; you simply right click on the searched item, and click "Show in Enclosing folder" (see attachment).

In Evernotes, I can find no easy way to do this.  Attached is an example of a search for "software developers".  I can see the folder name of each note at the top of the page, but there is no way to directly navigate to that folder (see attachment).  This is an issue because I have literally hundreds of nested folders so manually trying to search for a nested folder can take a long long time!

Please tell me there is a quick and easy way to do this.

Two questions...

Are you using the new or legacy version of Evernote and are you trying to do this in business or personal account?
