Kim55 0
Hi there, Im new to evernote. I have a restaurant, I want to use evernote to be organize. Here is what I want to do: I will Create list of recipes with ingredients in kilogram measurement. Let say recipe for spaghetti have 10 ingredients in it. I will create a note titled "Tomorrow Dishes" Spaghetti will be listed in here as checklist. Under this note, if I tick Spaghetti, it will create grocery list that I have to buy, down to kilogram. With this I can save a lot of time, I can plan for next day dishes and send all grocery list to my personal shopper in under 10 mins. This will lower waste and stealing too. I believe this should be already in place, but by searching for variables containers, not a lot coming out. What is this called in evernote? Thank you. Link to comment
Level 5* gazumped 11,652 Posted December 28, 2020 Level 5* Share Posted December 28, 2020 Hi. Evernote is not able to manipulate variables. It can save recipes and individual shopping lists, but I can't think of a way in which you could aggregate several recipes into one shopping list. It might be possible in a programmable application like Airtable, but Evernote isn't something you can use in this way Link to comment
