Export option doesnt show up in menu

I want to export an entire notebook. I follow the guide here https://help.evernote.com/hc/en-us/articles/209005557-Export-notes

Sounds easy, but when I right click on a notebook, I get a menu which doesnt look like its related to EN but to the browser I guess: I see menu items like back, forward, update, save as, print... nothing like export notebook. Same for chrome and edge. (See screendump)

How do I 

- get the right menu with the export option

- or export a notebook another way
