Restoring a database from Time Machine

I i’ve been using Evernote for over 10 years, mostly happily, but now I have a problem. I inadvertently modified an important note (Containing client data ) about a week ago. I’m running Big Sur 11.1 Mac. I  individually exported the notes I have done over the last week, and now I wish to restore the database back to a week  ago from Time Machine. The problem is that it is not clear to me the location of the database in Big Sur, and I’m concerned I may inadvertently delete the database if I do it wrong  

So my question is twofold: 1, where is the database located under Big Sur, and 2, what is the best practice for trying to roll the database back a week? (Since I exported more recent notes, I can re-import those if I can go back a week for everything else.)
