Security enquiry - Previous password requirements

First of all, apologies if this is the wrong  place to post this - I can't find anywhere to contact 'Evernote' unless you're a premium/business member?

My account was recently compromised and I instantly changed my password - but what I should have done was tried to login first, so I could see which password had been compromised.
Will Evernote tell you when you try to login with a previously used password/will they block you from changing your password to a previously used one?
Also, what were the password requirements for Evernote back in January 2019?

Points for sending emails for any suspicious logins from unrecognised IP addresses!! 👍
