The new desktop release now states that "Log files can be zipped and the smaller file size allows for easier emailing of logs". And, that did work. However, when you go to submit a tech support ticket, .zip files aren't a supported file type:
So, I'm forced to upzip the file, and there are 3 files. And you only allow 1 to be uploaded, and the only one you support is .log, so that's the one I uploaded. But, I also have no idea if that is the one you actually need or not to help me with my ticket.
Doesn't feel good as a customer. It's extra frustrating as I'm trying to empower Evernote to help me by giving them the information they need right at the time I submit the ticket, and create fewer back/forth emails. I certainly hope Evernote fixes this.
