Font changed to Courier New - how to change back?

Hi Skitchers

A few weeks ago I noticed my font changed from Arial/Helvetica to something that looks like Courier New.

I was on Catalina then, but now I'm on Big Sur. I'm updated to Skitch 2.0 as well.

I've deleted all Skitch preference files in the library, but I'm still stuck with the attached example.

How do I fix?
