How to close: Upgrade to continue using Evernote on this device. Dialogue Box???

Using the Evernote Web Client in MS Edge and Chrome, I have a pop-up box that says "Upgrade to continue using Evernote on this device" 

However, I don't want to upgrade, that's why I'm using the web client. Does web count as a client? (Mobile + laptop = 2 devices) 
I thought web was a free "device"?
Anyone know?

Attached is a screenshot of the pop up. Does Evernote web now count as a device?

Nope, web access is now counted as a device

Thanks! I was totally using the wrong terminology to fix the issue. Thanks for the link. Guess I'm using web now 🤦🏼‍♂️
