Drag and Drop to Slack Channel not working

I upgraded to the new Evernote version for MacOS. A key Element in my use of Evernote is to drag and drop pictures or .pdf from Evernote to different Slack-Channels. That worked perfectly. Since the update that is not possible any more. Is there a reason for this or is this a bug?

Right now I can drag and drop pictures to my desktop and from there to a Slack channel. Before I used a splitscreen, which was more convenient. 

This Element was the main reason I chose Evernote over OneNote. 

Well since there is no answer. I am switching to OneNote. They don´t have drag and drop but they have at least copy and paste for pictures and pdf. 

The new version of Evernote is really bad. Is there anything better than in the old version?
