Solution Kristen810 0 Posted December 7, 2020 Solution Share Posted December 7, 2020 I am an Evernote Basic user (was premium for years, but downgraded this year when I wasn't using it much). I've been taking occasional screen-shots of recipes from text messages. Today I shared a few images at a time into Evernote like I've been doing for years, naming the recipes, tagging them, and assigning a folder. Then I logged onto Evernote from the web from a laptop (using Chrome) and my new notes are not there. I opened Evernote on my iPhone 11 Pro and still no notes. I deleted and reinstalled Evernote on my phone and am running v10.2. Tried the troubleshooting suggestions on the Evernote help page. Still no notes. I noticed that Evernote is no longer even an option when I share a photo (yes, I checked available apps through the three dots). What gives? I saw a mention on the Mac forum that this feature was removed and I sincerely hope that's not the case. Or maybe I have to have Premium to use that feature? Link to comment
Kristen810 0
Never mind. I had to restart my iPhone to make it work. (I couldn't find a way to delete this post, but the moderator is free to do so.) Link to comment
