Bingo06 0
I recently discovered the follwing when downlaoding a pdf from the internet and trying to save it in Evernote I'm using MacOS 10.13.6 and Evernote 10.5.. In order to download a pdf from the internet the docuemnt has to be downloaded first to the preview App. From there you have several options to print, save or forward the document to another application see picture attached. When I choose to forward the document to Evernote a pop-up appears. Pushing the ok Button however will not generate the pdf in Evernote. I'm aware that I can downlaod the docuemnt first to the harddiks and move it afterwards to Evernote, but this can't be the solution (4 steps more) What is the solution for this problem? When I tansfer it to one Notes it works. Thank in advance for teh anser. Best regards Link to comment
rijckholt 0
Yes, would like the same behaviour. From preview as described above but also in the following scenario: Print a document to pdf that is saved to download folder. Right click pdf, save to evernote (currently not an option) Link to comment
crabbiappl 0
I have the same/similar problem. HOW CAN YOU EASILY SAVE A PDF OPENED IN PREVIEW TO EVERNOTE, AND HAVE THE RESULTING PDF IN EVERNOTE NOT BE CORRUPTED? This is how I am saving from Apple Preview to Evernote: PDF open in Preview can be "shared" to Evernote using the SHARE button --> dropdown menu --> Evernote button. Flipping over to Evernote, the note is successfully generated. However, the pdf attachment won't open, says it's a pdf and that it might be a damaged file. Link to comment

Boot17 1,536
Works fine for me. Have you enabled it in Preferences -> Extensions -> Added Extensions? I'm on Evernote 10.49.4-mac-ddl-public (note this is direct download and not through the app store) and macOS Monterey. Link to comment
