Brynalan 0
Hi, have a basic plan, and using Evernote on both iPad and iPhone. These were working fine when I had the prior iPhone. Now, the new iPhone app is empty of all data from 2008 and is treating me as a new 2020 user. The website and iPad only recognize one device - the iPad . Alan, lost in space Link to comment
Alison555 0
Did you get an answer to this? Having exactly the same experience and bizarrely when I log out on mac laptop and log back in it accepts the password, but when i do it on the new phone it says the password is incorrect. Searching for Add a Device bizarrely brings up ZERO posts in the support space... Link to comment
Level 5 PinkElephant 8,105 Posted December 18, 2021 Level 5 Share Posted December 18, 2021 "1 year later" - if no answer shows up here, there was no answer. The cause of the new device not syncing is pretty simple: If a Free user is already using his 2 devices, a third one is not permitted. So no notes will show, because they don't download from the EN server. A search of the help database turned up this: https://help.evernote.com/hc/en-us/articles/218558068 So very logical: First revoke access to the old device, check you are down to 1 active device, then sync the new phone. This way you always stay within of the 2 devices limit. Link to comment
burbigo3 1
That's really weird, cause I have Evernote since the iPhone 6s and I never had any issues when synchronizing SHAREit MX Player Link to comment
