[Fixed in Version 10.5] Evernote keeps logging out - used apple id to sign up

Hi!

I created a new account using Apple ID (masked email id is shared with Evernote). I bought the premium membership to enjoy seamless experience across devices. However, both across my mac and iPad, evernote keeps logging me out multiple times in a day. This is getting frustrating.

Could you please look into the bug?

I’m new to Evernote, and I also have the same problem. I have to log in almost everyday! That’s really annoying.

It is the same thing for me.. I am a new premium user and been using Evernote for 1 month.

 

Used apple ID and regret it badly. I have to login multiple times a day and that is on Mac, iphone and ipad. It's a pain. Been sending emails to support since then but got nothing. Emailed them one more time today..

We are aware of this issue, and we're working to address it.

I'll follow-up here once I have an update on a fix.

The issue seems to be gone after the last update. It was a bit intermittent in the last 3 days, in the sense that I would not need to login again for many hours but then suddenly I needed to. That happened a few times but seems to have improved a lot yesterday where I logged in only once in the morning.

 

But today was the first time that I didn't have to login again in the morning, first of all, so that's a good sign!

This issue has been fixed in our most recent update, Version 10.5.

If you haven't already, please update to this version.
