Duplicates generated when sharing a notebook/note

Hello,

Evernote is an amazing app and id like to give a feedback on the current critical issues to be solved.

1) I am using Evernote to share notebooks with my colleague, and in his account shared materials end up displaying twice (which is very confusing). Sometimes i generate links for faster note sharing and then notes as well appear several times in his account. Please kindly check on the duplicate bugs + sync

2) Trash bin sometimes is not accesible at all. When accessible, "Empty trash" button sometimes isnt working at all so only possible to delete files from the bin 1 by 1
