I can't seem to delete any of my notebooks!

I'm trying to delete past notebooks I stopped using years ago and some I created recently and turned out I just didn't need anymore. However, each time I try to delete a notebook, a prompt comes up reading, "Failed to Delete." It won't delete on my android phone, it won't delete on my home computer, it won't delete on my work computer. Can I get some help here please?
