EN not updating

Hi,

I see 10.4 is available for Windows, but when I check for updates within the app it says "You’re up to date! Evernote 10.3.7 is currently the newest version available." I guess I can probably find the download but shouldn't it update from within the app?

Careful what you wish for...  I'd guess the distribution takes a little while and will get around to you eventually,  but yes it will update - or offer the option - from the app.  If you really want to jump in,  go ahead and download it manually.
