Unable to log on to my old account

Hi all,

I had an old Virgin email account that logged me on to Evernote. I changed my phone and tried to log in. I entered the the Virgin email address but was informed the the password was out of date and Evernote sent a link to the defunct address that I cant access. I need to retrieve info on my Evernote account. Is there a way round this and I hope this makes sense ?Many thanks,

Hi.  You can try https://twitter.com/evernotehelps or use https://help.evernote.com/hc/requests/new and see whether you can get in as 'guest'.  Virgin is a little weird to get into these days depending on whether you were a fibre or landline customer.  I still have access to two very old addresses (I worked at Virgin.net) but I get those by webmail via Google and Outlook.  It would be quicker to get Evernote to allow you access - or maybe just to start a new Basic account if the original data is no longer relevant.
