Keyboard shortcuts for Quick Note

I'm glad I can now open the Quick Note window using a global keyboard shortcut (Ctrl+ Command + N). But once it is open, I'd like to continue using keyboard to control the window. There are few missing features:

• keyboard shortcut for "Convert to note" button - I would expect Command + Enter to work here
• key to close the Quick Note window - I would expect the ESC key to work here
• close the Quick Note window automatically after it has been converted to note

I really miss the ability to quickly create a new note while I am working on something else, without raising my hands from the keyboard and then just continue working. This is how it worked with the old version of Evernote and it was great.

And please let the user change the shortcut for the quick note.

FYI @postnerd- this is now editable If you select Keyboard Shortcuts in help, it will let you change them.
