Dragging a file out of a note doesn't work anymore with new version of Evernote

I used to be able to drag an image out of a note and drop it in another app (Bublup on Chrome or drag/drop upload areas). I use this feature regularly. However, it doesn't work at all with the new version of Evernote.

I am running into the same issue.  This new version is horrible!  Useful features removed that make working with the program maddening.  Thinking of dumping it now for something that actually works.
