All of my internal links are now external

After the upgrade to v10 (Win10) all of my existing "internal" links are now external. How can I open such a link in the app?

Are you saying the url is altered, and no longer in-app format  evernote:///view...

Yes... That is correct. I have constructed TOC pages that would link internally to notes. Prior to the upgrade all of the links would open the in the app. Now all of the link open my web browser.

So, a processing issue for in-app links with the Version 10 product in Windows
