Can't submit support ticket

Also, when you choose the "proceed as a guest" option, you don't have the option of submitting a support ticket as that's only for paying customers.

Sorry about that - last time I looked at that option was a while ago.

Just tried it with my Basic test account - works as described in the forum post. I did not send the ticket, but the form opened, and it was the same like with a Premium account ticket. It is important to choose account issues in the first dropdown menu.

If I choose "Technical issues" instead of "Account", the support button is greyed out, and it tells to update.
