How In The World Do You Change The Font In The New Updated Evernote Desktop for Mac?

I have to say, I can not stand the new Evernote update on both my Mac desktop and the app. It does not function as well. 

I now see no way to change the font other than to a few very basic fonts. What am I missing? If I can change the font to any fonts stored on my computer, it's not obvious. 

Please advise.

Want to reply to PastorReformed to say I COMPLETELY agree.

The font selection in this new release is frighteningly limited.  How does that come to be?  Is anyone at Evernote paying attention to this issue?
