Stuck at the login page after updating to the latest version on Mac

Hi all,

After updating to the latest version on Mac (10.3.7), I can't login and get stuck at the login page when I open the app (see attached). Also, when I did get in luckily one time, it didn't seem to sync with my web and ios ever note. Has anyone encountered the same issue? How do you guys resolve it?

same, but it seems to be FF only.  Disabling extensions, private window, safe mode - none work.
