Issues with Evernote Points

I still have 70 points obtained in 2017 but I can't redeem them! Everytime I clicked upgrade, it directed me to payment. the "evernote point" button directed me to the general setting page which does not display my evernote points. This is so strange. I can see that I still have 70 points from the app on my phone, but pressing it lead it a blank page. And these 70 points do not show up in my evernote web version.

To clarify, the general setting page is the account summary page which clicking "Points" directed me to. Manage subscription directed me to payment with no redeem point option.

Because I bought Premium Package of Evernote, I have registered the points to my account. And I am trying to upgrade my account from basic to premium, using my points.

Evernote keeps crashing 10 times a day for me. But this one time, i accidentally blanked the note just before the crash. So i can't Undo as usual as the Note crashed.

So, i decided to go for Premium by points referral. I referred to user and the person got Premium. But i did not!

Please help.

Same problem for me, for the record -- I opened a ticket with support, and they cancelled the Premium I was already on saying it would allow the points to be seen, but it made no difference. The irony is I had the points in the first place because I tried to upgrade my trial Premium to a full year's subscription and didn't want the chance that my account would be downgraded as that would disrupt my workflow. 😏

I've been using Evernote  for a few years,  and it works great. However, lately I can't open the points page. Whenever I click on the credits page, it automatically redirects me to the Account Summary page. I've tried using Evernotes for Mac,  for Windows, for IOS, for Android and Web clinet they all have this problem.

I tried this link but did not see any options to open a ticket (probably because my account is basic). I also cannot access the points page and I would appreciate some help in getting access to the page so that I can redeem my remaining points.

I think Shane will answer.

You can log in as well on the EN web site, choose support and issue a ticket type „account“. This should work for Basic as well (at least it did so on my Basic test account).

Support finally replied to me after 6 days.  They did allow me to redeem my points, but also said this: "Points are an older feature of Evernote that is no longer supported and their future is undecided."

So if you have any points I'd recommend redeeming all of them ASAP.

Hi.  I can verify that you are bounced to account settings from that link,  and there is no 'points' option.  I'd suggest you raise a support ticket - https://help.evernote.com/hc/requests/new

There was a post here in the forum from EN staff that the use of points is only possible through a support ticket. I think they discontinued to issue points already a while ago, and are winding the feature down.

I used mine a year ago, and did it through support as well.

Depends on your client.

In any client there is an option to issue a support ticket, mostly in settings (mobile) or in account information. On the web client there is your name top right. Klick on the down arrow beside it, and you find the support option.

The points are from the past, I think they do no longer issue this „currency“. You will be able to use them. I marked your post, somebody will contact you about how to proceed. Will take a few days, it is weekend.
