Evernote Web Client page will not load; I am a new user -- only 2 weeks; help needed

I have been using Evernote Web for just 2 weeks.  It worked perfectly at first, but now it will not even load the page, just keeps tell me to keep trying to reload the page, to no avail.  I need to talk to a real human being and get some help.  Otherwise I will cancel my subscription as it is useless to me.
