Missing notes

Notes are disappearing at random (from all Evernote client apps on all platforms). These notes were synced and accessed multiple times before they simply vanished.

They are not in the Trash, also missing on Evernote Web. Some were also in the Shortcuts list; they have simply vanished without any trace that they ever existed. I know of at least two that are missing for certain, but hard to tell if any others have been lost because there is no pattern to it, and no errors or notifications of any kind.

Very concerned as this behaviour negates any reason to continue using Evernote Premium, at least for anything important?

I've submitted a ticket but a message states that it may be up to 10 days before I get a response! Can anyone here help with this?
