Unable to create a new note or edit an existing note with windows 10 evernote premium

Hi Guys,

My evernote on my windows 10 laptop has been acting funny for the last 3 days. I am unable to create a new note or edit an existing note. I see a blank screen when i create a new note or even try to edit an existing note. I have attached screen shots and would like to know if any body has experienced it? If so please let me know the solutions.
