Note content in HTML

Hello,

iOS v10.1 seems to choose & display notes randomly either normal or HTML.
Whenever I have notes displayed in HTML, photos are shown in wrong ratio of width to height: circles in photos are no more round but oval.
If that happens, I go back to the actual website and use Web Clipper again and sometimes the same content appears in the app as standard which has no issue.

Is there a way to tell the iOS app whether it should choose to display a note as HTML content or normal text?

I am VERY frustrated with Notes showing as HTML and cannot be edited on iOS is 14.3 after the recent update. This same problem happened in 2020 and after 2 months was fixed. What is wrong with QA at EverNote?  Don't they test this *****?.
